Good/Evil Tech tradable with those of opposing alignments

I've noticed something really stupid about galactic civ. In the game there are some techs, say advanced slavery that can only be researched by certain moral alignments. If an evil civ had advanced slavery I would be perfectly able to buy it off them even if I was pure good. And not only could I buy it I would still benifit from the advantages of the tech ie I could build the artificial slaves good and trade them with the other good civs of the galaxy. What buisness would a good civilization have buying such techs of their evil neighbors let alone using such tech. It's just wrong!!!
In order to remedy this I suggest that the following changes be made to the game.
Civs should not be able to buy techs that they cannot research themselves for morality reasons (they should appear greyed out on the diplomatic window)
Civs should not be able to buy trade goods that require such techs to be researched.
If in improvement or even wonder that requires a certain tech falls into the hand of an opposing morality it is imediatly scapped.
Nuetral civs should be able to purchase techs and trade goods from other moralities but should gain no benifit from them until such a time as they become the required morality (they can still trade them with those of the correct alignment though. If an evil/good improvement falls into the hand of nuetral civilization then it is still scrapped.
I'd like to see a patch that fixes this obvious flaw in the game sometime. It really annoys me.
