Which version of 1.04 does the link at Strategy First give you?

Strategy First published this great game and they have a link to download to 1.04. That link by the way takes you to a page from this Gal Civ site. I always like to wait for the Public Release of a version before I upgrade. So I'm wondering that since 1.04 is not publically released on this site yet, what version of 1.04 is Strategy First linking to? I just want to make sure that I get the latest version of 1.04. Also, does anyone know when the latest version of 1.04 will be released to the general public (ie: not through dregin.net)?
