Can I disable the Minors with it?
Is it compareable to the Civ3-Editor in a way, that you can alter the rules and still play on random Maps?
If you have something else to say about it please tell me!

Um, there isn't anything special that you have to do. It should have just worked. I'm sending you a copy of the scenario editor's exe in case there's something wrong with yours.

He is not the only one ;) mine does the same, just read the post. It shows up in game in the rules, but once loaded back into the editor (tried load and drag n drop) all the sliders are resest to zero. As soon as i get back from work tommorow ill send you a zip with a pic of the editor's sliders at the point of save and the save file.

I am not seeing this behavior, and I used the same galciv.exe and scenario editor that you are using.

Can you try it again for me and see if the file timestamp changes?

I just tried a couple of times to duplicate the trouble and I don't see what you're getting...cause cept for the race setup they load fine and do not wipe the settings out

I even tried 1 new one of my own plus the 1 you said it destroyed both play and load fine here

Well they dont work here, they save ok, quit the editor, then re-run the editor, load the GCS file and all the data has reset. All of the saves this end , no matter what i do end up as 44 bytes size files, all the official ones are varied in file size (787, 788, 803, 4.98 bytes etc). Its not me, honest, i may be blonde and large but i think after 20+ years computing experience i can change some sliders , click a few buttons and save a file :p
