Converting files

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone could tell me how too convert some files. I downloaded Windows Blinds too try, it out, the themes for it are great! I have only one thing against it though, I bought the themer by TGT Soft and it has been working just fine for me, until I started checiking out your guys stuff. Is there anyway too convert .wba files into .theme files or .msstyle files? I mean everything will work just great with TGT Softs, but I can't run .wba files in it.. Thanks for any help.

I'm not aware of a way to change Windowblinds to msstyles, but you can change msstyles to Windowblinds using the SkinStudio program.

Citizen Raistlfiren To my point of view the fastest and easiest way for you to be able to keep your visual styles and use windowblinds at the same time would be to load your visual styles in Skin Studio and convert them to windowblinds format. Giving you the best of both worlds. And even better...you are able to add a lot of attributes in windowblinds that cannot be done in Style XP. Hope this will help.

Citizen Raistlfiren Just click on your missile that you want to convert and Skin Studio will automatically convert it. But you have to make sure that you have opened Skin Studio and that its functional. After that once its been converted to Window blind format you can load it into Skin Studio then just a couple fast things you could do..one..on the opening page right away at the top and at the bottom if it say sstretched click on it and it will then say TILE.to make it easier just go to your files on the top left and save it. Then right away underneathe look for the word Select. You click on Select and to the right you will look for something that says Flat Menus. You will see that its enabled. Disable it. That will give you a lot nicer blind and the fonts will be a lot nicer. From tehre you can play around with your missiles and just about do anything you want. As a matter of fact there is a member here by the name of Night Train. next week I believe he is opening a class for beginners. He is an excellent instructor , worth taking this into consideration. Hope this helps.

It's because Style XP hacks Windows XP dll file in order to make it accept non-Microsoft skins. The skinning engine and everything else is purely Microsoft.

Window Blinds skins are stored in same folder as software, Style XP is only software in folder msstyle skins are
in windows\resources\themes,which is microsoft default folder, since it hacks system skins have to be there.

Aww, Okay, I understand now why Window Blinds takes up so much space. Thanks for clearing things up with me.
