Most Powerful Ship?

I'm not sure but is the Excaliber the most powerfull?

It is the most powerful base ship class, at least for now.

You can improve lesser class ships to be better than Excalibers, with Shipyards, etc and using Military Resource starbases.

Yes it is. It's extremely fast has lots of hitpoints an a great defense/attack.
If you've got a lot of social projects you can upgrade the Excaliber to almost godlike powers. Some EXCalibers I had on Maso level had 580 HP and an attack of 535 and Def 145. There are better players here who will have even better statistics no doubt...
