BTW, the next beta will have an option to disable minor races. We're finding them problematic when it comes to providing balanced maps.

Whoa... that should make the game harder. I do all my best trading with Minors. Neat option though. :)

Ugh. Early in the game. Try to add a module to a resource starbase and the list is completely empty :notsure: I'll see what happens when I get a bit more research done.

Oh, and thx for giving me a heart attack when the 'fsgs sdf gast wer asfd' popup appeared :D

Update: I removed the starbase.ship file from the AP/data directory and I can add modules now.

Hey, I can see it under the software tab labeled as Shareware. I thought the beta was a super-special Drengin.net only sneak peak. What gives? (I didn't try to download it. I like to have most of the bugs ironed out before I play a game.)

If you click it, it does nothing. Where it has the size of the file it is 0kb. So we didn't get it for free. :)

When I stop hammering my head on the desk for not just looking at the file in the first place I'll tell you ...
The file in my AP directory had an extra 'P' on the end, so 'ENDSHIP' was spelled 'ENDSHIPP'. I cut off the P, renamed the file back, and it works fine.

I guess I've been paying startup costs *and* maint on my starbases these last few days! ...
