AP bug - sorry cant see a sticky thread for this

This was in the latest (30 Jan) AP beta but there isnt a bug thread I can see yet...I had the Dregin manage to build two starbases adjacent to each other in two different locations. In one place they were on resources and in the other, one was a resource and one a purely planted starbase. Shouldn't they be forced to be 3pc apart? And shouldnt resources be spaced accordingly too?
Another minor one on the setup screen was that although changing the overall difficulty level with the arrows on the right caused the intelligence to change as shown in the big dialogue box, the level shown in the click/slider for the race selected didnt change.
Having fun though
p.s. My score posted to the metaverse at the end of the game but there was no "success" message...probably a feature though
