Additional Events, improvements, anomalies?

I was curious how many people played with added events, improvements, etc. items that that they downloaded for here vs. the standard game?

What is the best way to know which additions are good or not? There does not seem to be a rating.

So when do we know that those mods, events will not giva us an abnormal score? Have you made any progress in that?

I use all those mods and I had not get an anomalous score on any of my games.

I have never gotten a abnormal score. I use most of them.

I like to use extra events, but I'm kind of a purist when it comes to adding the other stuff.
