Can't make Alliances... Need advice

I am in a game where I have two races at Friendly and two at warm. I have the tech Alliance and have even given it to all the other races. When I go into the trade screen Alliance is not an option under Treaties... Some advice would be appreciated.

Start trading with them, that helps and sell and buy techs from them, build wonders and achievements and sell them to the AI's, that helps.

As I replied in another thread where you asked this question--you MUST get relations to CLOSE in order for the alliance option to appear.

Ah! Thanks BamBamRB... That is the issue then as I am just at Friendly and Warm...
