As you can see, something horrible has happened. All of the nicks have been changed to oops. All of the profile pics have changed as well.

You can fix your own name by heading to www.wincustomize.com , logging in and going to the profile menu. From the profile menu you can select a change your nick choice. When you change your nick back to the original one your profile pic will reappear.

Ok, I have a question. We all agree that this was a horrible thing, and we agree that Stardock was very quick at getting everything back up, and I wish to thank them again for that. But I would like to ask what Stardock is doing to keep this from happening again?

Sorry ABT but I shouldn't imagine there's alot that they can do to stop it from happening again, if the hacker is skilled and determined they will find a way in unfortunately :(

Lets just be thankful that they didn't do any real damage and the quick recovery shows that Stardock already had something in place to deal with this type of threat - much kudos to stardock I feel :)

Thanks ABT :) . It is a shame though that there IS nothing that stardock can do to prevent this sort of thing completely and that there is little that we can do to help :(
