Submitting A Game???

I need some help...you see ive played and won 2 games...and i dont get a "SUBMIT" Yes/no pop up or anything......I have no idea what I have to do to submit a game...and i had my name of what i registered "Space_Man_1" the name was "Terren Alliance" ....question is...do i have to have the Empire name the same as the one Im in the "Jedi Republic"?? ....
I only get the victory statistics when i accomplish the game..also i'm getting kind of confused here...and im on a DSL connection if that does anything.

I think that because you change your name to a new player your old records are gone with your old player name.

I think you have to go to http://www.wincustomize.com/ and change your profile information there for it to synch up.

And why does stardock central ,the program not work well with the forums...like i cant view them but i can see the headers from that program

Also, this might be your problem. Are you on dial-up? If you are not connected to the internet when you win the game you do not get the option to submit the game.

I seem to recall there is occasionally a problem with DSL firewalls preventing game submissions. Do you have a firewall? Do you know how to bypass it to allow communication with galciv.com? If you don't, you can call your DSL provider and ask them to explain it to you. That's my best guess.

My firewall occasionally get in the way and when I'm submitting a game I always make sure I have the Galciv webpage up in the background sorted out my submission probs :)
