Probleme sur GC bases stellaires important to answer

i have some probleme to the stellar bases i want to upgrade these and i don't understand how. i have the hyperbase and i don't see how upgrade?.
when i click to the ships and i see to my left all the ships and bases in a big colonn i don't understand what i have to do with the arrow at the right of the colonnfor each ship or bases?.
when i want to become a friend treaty with an extra terrestre xhat i have to do?
please somebody can explain to me it will be wonderful!

To upgrade a starbase, you have to build more constructors and fly them to the starbase. It will then pop up asking you what you want to upgrade.

In order to become a friend with an extraterrestrial, you want to trade with them. Also, giving them gifts helps. If you are good and they are good that also helps.

On the ship screen, clicking on the arrow to the left tells the ship to fly to the sector you are looking at on the map, I believe.

:) THINKS FOR THE all the answers.another question please: for the extraterrestre beast which destroy the bases, which ships can destroy these animals? only croiseur ? they have 12 attacks.i cannot arm my bases ? (:( what do you think?

Keep building defensive upgrades for your starbases. That will help improve the defence rating.

The space shark is what I think you are referring to. I've always found that they have a high attack but a low defence. Send a few reasonably good ships to attack it. The USS Hero, if you've found a few weapons upgrades, can usually destroy a space shark as long as you attack it first.
