Instructions for purchasing GalCiv in Germany?

I read the only way to buy galciv if not with a credit card is by money order. i'm not familiar with the expression "money order". can someone (preferrably german) give me instructions what i should do to get galciv?

A money order is like a check, but you buy it with cash upfront from a bank, post office, etc.

@Icho Tolot: thought about that, but i read that the expansion won't be available from retail stores

@KEmperor: Thanx for your reply; call me dumb, but i still don't get it. does that mean you put money in an envelope and send it to stardock or is it some kind of formular/check?

It's an actual piece of paper like a check, issued from a bank or other official agency. You give them your money, and they give you the piece of paper to send stardock.

I bought the original game from an online store.

The expansion was a bit more problematic.

I had to lend out my mothers credit card to order it.
