How and Where???Please Help!!!

I must be retarded or having one hellofatime trying to obtain a more recent updated version of Galactic Civ. I don't know why, but I keep getting version 1.10, and nothing higher than that. I would like 1.13 or higher, but I'd settle for 1.13. I've tried www.stardockcentral.com through the stardock central web browser, but to no avail; kept redirecting me to www.GalCiv.com to download. What am I doing wrong and what should I try? Cookies are on and the security levels of my computer have been lowered too, but still, can't get any of the newer updated versions above 1.10. Please help! It's like pulling teeth to get an update around here!

You should download Stardock Central tool, there you can download the newer versions

In SDC you have the section software and the subsection Games

here you find the updates

You may have to click 'Check for application updates' under tools in Stardock Central. It doesn't always show the newest version if you don't.
