1) A Repair Space Dock that increases repair rates for docked ships and builds like a Deathstar with high finishing cost.
2) A Resort Star that increases influence and moral for you and decreases moral for your opponents. Also builds like Deathstar with high finishing cost.
3) All Deathstars and similar structures should have a minimum time for completion (6 to 12 months). I always thought that one should never be able to build super structures in one turn.
