Where can I find info on how the "Empire, Metaverse, Galactic Map" stuff works?

I almost hink it'd be fun to run my own 1 person Empire, but I guess I'd like to have some clue about how it all works... I'm especially curious if empires actually fight for sectors on the map? or sectors are just randomly assigned?



1 person empires don't make it onto the map as they tend not to break the top 10. Sectors are randomly assigned. You cannot consciously battle for a sector.

But if you want to form your own empire just go to the metaverse and hit form empire. Give it a name. Obviosly, if you don't want anyone else in it, set it to invite only and don't ever invite someone.

You should join G.R.O.S.S. Just click join empire when you're on our screen. You know you want to hoist up that jolly roger. We could use another marauder. We are in a dogfight with several empires bigger than we. Some smaller as well. It's a hoot. Though all those other empires take it wayyyyy too seriously. HEHE.

Can you leave an empire after you've signed onto one, or are you stuck with it forever?

You can check out of G.R.O.S.S. any time you like. We are an open empire. Members come and go as they please with no hard feelings. But we have a saying. Once G.R.O.S.S. always G.R.O.S.S.
