when you put a starbase trading modules installed in a sector, does it give you income from other civ's trading fieghters?

I'm sorry if this sounds stupid.

Don't think so, only your own. And only if your minis pass through that sector.

Im pretty sure its only ur own because I've never seen one of my frieghters get bonuses from their moduals.

Normally no, but there is one way it can: If the UP passes the resolution about starbase modules aiding allies, if you are allied with them it should apply.
