Hi all i would like to have a request for a CIA dxtheme

1 thing if someone want to make it,
is having the taskbar and trysystem included "can't use whiteout it :("

Can you describe what you mean with this CIA theme a little more? A sort of movie fantacy CIA screen you see in films?

yeah something that fit into the bootscreen and logon screen that you can find on this site
I don't know really how a theme looks like for cia but the logo of the cia, black theme, and for the rest you can choose what you put on it
