If the Diplomats and the Stardockians are both just Populists with different logos, why is one Stardock Certified and one not?

cause i never got round to certifying the stardockians one

Got to upload the new graphics for it at some point and will then certify. I plan to certify more of the new ones and some of the older ones over the coming weeks.
