SDCentral not accepting my Dregin.net registration number

I popped open SDCentral this evening to see if there were any updates, and was informed that it could not validate my registration information. So I opened the registration box to see what was causing the problem.

It said that my "Games Subscription" didn't have a valid registration number attached to it, so i opened up my old email to re-enter the number. It wouldn't take (said that "the Serial Number you have entered is invalid."). So i clicked on the Lookup serial number button and waited patiently for the email to come.

When it came, the registration numbers in it were exactly what was in my previous email.

Can anyone here at StarDock assist me in getting things hooled up properly again? I believe that my expiry date was sometime in November 2004. Also, why is there now a place to enter a subscription number for GalCiv - AP? There wasn't one before.

Everyone is having this problem, it looks like a systemwide error. I'm sure they'll have it fixed soon enough.

I'm having the same problem. My subscription should be good tell Sept or Oct of this year.

Definately a wide spread problem. There's another thread http://www.galciv.com/forum.asp?BID=GF&id=148303 on the same subject. So... It's not just you or us or whatever. :)

Hey Chantillary drop by the CSF empire thread... eh? LOL

Sorry about that.  :(

I was tightening down the validation code. Looks like I tightened it a bit too much. It's back to normal and your Drengin Serials should validate again.  :CONGRAT:

Sorry, this is only vaguely related to the topic, but I cannot seem to post a new message.

SDC autoupdated me, then upon reboot, said it couldn't update the setup files. Now I can't post (500 internal server error, maybe not my fault), nor can I update the AP beta (odzip.dll won't load). Tried un/reinstalling, same thing. Any ideas? (Tried posting thru metaverse, too.)
