Failed to update account information.

I just re-installed stardock central, and everytime I try to login in, it tells me that it has "Failed to update account information". I thought my login/pw was wrong, but it's the same thing I use for Stardock/Here. Is anyone else having this problem?

This bug occurred on Wednesday. It appears to have returned. Unfortunately, you may have to wait until Monday for Stardock to fix it.

Server was unhappy for a bit during the last hour. Cable got loosened while adding a new machine.

Ah, I see. Glad to know it's back working though. While i'm here, I might as well ask this question. I don't have access to the e-mail address I used to sign up for Stardock and register the game. Can I change the e-mail address associated with such things?

You need to send an email to sales... Include both addresses.

Hm, I just ordered the Altarian Prophecy, and made a new Stardock Sales account (for my current e-mail address). I guess this also changed my Galciv registration to the same one. At least that is taken care of :D Can I still get my regular Stardock login e-mail changed by mailing sales? Or is that another matter.

Hum... Not sure. I use the same email for both sdc and ordering AP. Have you checked your profile at wincustomize? Is should tell you what email it thinks they have. If your not sure, email sales. They are very helpful. :)
