Submission problems - questions

I have tried to submit a couple of games without success. I am not sure why. Is it sensitive that the Alias you specify on the submission screen in the game must match a registered user or is it tied to the email address?

I may have screwed myself up royally somehow by using two different email addresses. Can someone help?

You have to use the same username as when you registered.
