Can't even get into my personal page

I searched the forums to see if anyone else has had the same problem, but didn't see anything.

I have tried to get into the personal WC pages of a few folks who have linked to them from the WB and DX libraries and then I tried to get into my own WC site, but I keep getting a connection refused. I tried in Firefox and IE.

Anyone else?
