Maybe, maybe not with all the trouble they have had getting retail money for Galciv in the past. This may have changed if Frogboy was willing to make this agreement but last I heard they haven't gotten any of the retail money from GalCiv, only from what was sold through the website.

I bought Galciv in a store, but I don't think they are too many 4x gamers in my area thou.
