Want to try making my own mods

I have no programming skills, but I would like to TRY to make my own mods does anyone know where I could look for ... well anything that I would need to do so?

I would appreciate any help.

Take a look in the GC Mods forum. Also, look for tools like GCWriter. Mods don't require programming skills, because making mods is all about changing the data files and perhaps some graphics to make the mods you want. There's lots of advice and links to tools in the Mods forum.
