Is it just me or is this mission very, very hard. The whole concept of this mission is backwards, starting off with a good military fleet and no funds. What use is the fleet since they cant go farther than 1 sector away from your homebase? Even with spending at 0%, you still lose over 60 BC a turn in maintenance, while still starting with the basic 1000 BC. The only way to beat this mission that i see is to disband all your military ships and start from scratch, which is again hard since the AI gets 9 Stars (this im not sure on as i never made it to their sectors, but there are 9 planets there), while you have 1 star with 3 usable planets (and you start on the PQ 6 one......). Anyone got a strategy for this level?
edit: Nevermind, your fleet is so powerful that the AI surrenders as soon as you get universal translator. However, i think this should be a real mission where you must invade the AIs planets, not a 5 minute thing where i bribe them into surrender... This is a similar problem to mission 5??? where you first meet the torian, as you can make them surrender very early on.
