social projects scrolling bug

Win cycling between the planets to select the harmony generator I got this screen when I got back to the planet where I started scrolling from. I have a few social projects left, including the harmony generator - but the list is empty and the small arrowbuttons dont work.

The way to solve it is to scroll to another planet, select the project on top of the list (instead of the harmony that was at the end) and scroll back. Now the list is visable and it's possible to select a project.

you can't scroll up on that one planet?

right. the list is above what I can see and I cant scroll there. And I dont understand why the list should be so far up.
