Can somebody make an iPulse meter?

Can somebody make an Apple iPulse sorta meter either as a widget or sysmetrix object? I really liked the ipulse meter on the Macs that I see at electronic stores. Since I wasn't in the mood to purchase a 3K machine, I was just wondering if anyone is up to it. I am also a newb skinner and I can't do much. Thanks to anybody who would respond
