How do you win??

I've conquered all the squares with planets in them, i.e. they are all blue. Two races have no planets yet still appear in the Foreign Policy section and the other two races have maybe 6 star systems between them. Do I have control every single star system within each square as well?

Currently (AFAIK) there is two ways to win:

1. Conquering all systems
2. Researching all techs.

The other ways to win will be added later.

So no, you dont have to control every single starsystem, but you have to make sure the other races dont have any systems at all in their control. (If you choose to win by no 1 above)
