Can't get autoturn "off" to work.

With the new alpha 10 I am unable to prevent the autoturn function from working.
I noticed that the prefs.ini had a LOT of repeated stuff and lots of the ">" and "<"
characters in it that Cari said were bad news when I reported them in the prefs.ini
of a previous build, so I tried deleting the prefs.ini and started a new game: same
results.

I was also seeing a lot of other odd behaviors so I decided to uninstall, scratch, and
reload. Do you mean I didn't need to? I am just about to try the reload to see if
any of the other odd behavious are still there.
