Can't use the Meta from different machine

I know I have to copy the saved games from data/savegame to a machine connected to the Internet. But... My saved game (in a medium galaxy) was more, than 50 Mb. I copied it to the savegame folder, but when I tried to load it, the game crashed right after it finished loading. I was using some mods when I started the game, and those mods were not installed here. My CD was in the computer, I checked it. Any ideas?

You have to have the mods on both comptuers. If you don't the game will crash. Try putting the mods on the other computer, and that should work.

I don't think you even need the CD so don't worry about it.
