How do I place planets when using the map editor?

I just downloaded Altarian Prophesy and I cant seem how to figure out how to place planets, can someone help me?

Click on the star you want to add a world.

Maximize your display. On the right hand side at the bottom, enter in the PQ size of the planet you want to add. Click the "Add Planet" button. The planet will be added to the star.

Currently, the Map Editor does not display the planet icon until you click on it in the list box under the "Add Planet" button (at least for me).
