When I report a problem I don't know if someone else has already done so

Some time ago, long before the latest crop of testers joined us, Cari had asked
that each problem be reported as a separate thread, instead of putting several
problems in one title (like "problems with build 10", etc.)
Also, if the thread titles are suffitiently descriptive, one can scan the thread titles
on this message board and get a good idea of the problem being reported. An
added bonus is that it is easier to remember the contents of a thread from a
well designed title.
If I report a problem already reported in one of those ubiquitous "a few new
bugs" threads, I appologize, but I am doing the best I can with what help I am
getting from others.
