Theme Manager Help Needed

Hello all!! I hope someone can help!! I am currently running theme manager version 2.19h (I am a subscriber) and it now seems that it will not download any parts of the suites. When I hit apply, the selection screen comes up and all is checked. I hit apply and it goes through the download VERY fast then closes. When I go back in the same components are still listed as NOT DOWNLOADED. This is very frustrating and I hope someone has the answer!! Thanks!!!!

Update your theme manager..I am using the free version 2.20, and I suffer from that exact problem due to the URL's not being updated..but if you are using Object Desktop and are a subscriber you should have access to the latest version of Theme Manager..

Hope this helps!,

I have tried the free one (2.11) but that doesnt help. I went back to v 2.19h (which Stardock Central sees as the most current. I still do not have the ability to load these suites!! There must be a reason for this!!

Ummm.. I may be wrong, but if you are only able to get 2.19 and I am getting 2.20(Free), something is wrong with that picture..

I have no idea what to say other than for some reason you arent getting the most current version obviously..

Hope you find an answer, there are *Many that would like to know it as well.

I show 2.11.029 installed (release) & 2.19[rh].002 available (pre-release)

The installed loads suites okay.

I also am running 2.20 with no problems. Guess you need an update. Right click on Theme Manager and click on "Chack for application updates". See what happens, then.

I have the latest version and I'm a paid subscriber, but I've had the same problems with theme manager. I found that my firewall settings and my pop up settings and my anti-virus settings all contribute the various problems that I've experienced with thememanager. After I adjusted my settings to work with thememanager, I continued to experience the problem of partial downloads. Additionally, after the partial or even some times full downloads, the preview window will display an error message, next when I try to apply the theme, the dialogue box will be blank. I think the problem is with thememanager and until the folks at StarDock acknowledge this and FIX IT, there's nothing we can do about it.

Hmmm I believe the broken download bug has been fixed since version 2.15 and I am really relieved to hear that the free version has finally been updated as well.

I wonder though whether your particular version did not update correctly (both Marty0403's and yvana2's). Marty0403, after changing back from the free version (mind you that 2.11 was still a faulty version with the bug not fixed) did you completely uninstall this version then reboot and reinstall the 2.19 version?

Have any or both of you tried a complete uninstall of Theme-Manager using the zapper https://www.stardock.com/files/odnt_zapper.exe and then tried a new install through StardockCentral? I ask that because sometimes the upgrades through SDC can go wrong (some files not getting downloaded completely, or some files not getting replaced) and a new install will often solve the problem.
