Downloading ALTARIAN PROPHECY!!! HEEEELP

I want to download AP without using stardock130.exe program ( i cannot install it because i am working on a PC of my boss and i am not the administrator).
Can anyone give me a hint PLEEEEASE?

I don't think it is possible to get it without using SDC unfortunately. Stardock may do a stand-alone download when it is released, but until then SDC is the only way to get it.
