It looks like Bliss to me...the default XP wallpaper.

It's actually the Longhorn Bliss wallpaper, which is similar to the XP one, only a lot more dramatic. Anyhow, it's out there on the Internet somewhere.

The wallpaper is called "Bliss Unedited"

Do a Google search for it - you'll find it. Matter of fact it is what I'm using right now.
