In UP i finally won the topic of getting 50% income(i think) and being able to choose wat topics to talk about. my question is how to i choose to hold a UPsession and choose the topics.

I'm not sure what vote you are talking about, because I don't think this is possible.

it's the vote where it says your in charge and you get 50% somthing
