Nova Tech Expansion - how to get Stardock Certification

Hello!
I'm working on a GREAT expansion:
-about 25 new techs based on Nova Technology
-new ships
-new improvements
Release in few weeks.
But how to get that Stardock Certification? I deserve it...

when you send it to the library, DW will test it. If it runs without problems, you'll get the Certification.

Sounds interesting, i'll dl it.
Any more hints? (from Pack maker to Pack maker?)
