Planet list stats not kept beyond first four planets.

The statistics for the first four planets seems to keep up with the acual planets but
the stats for the rest of the planets does not change from turn to turn (in fact, I
suspect they have not changed since the planet was colonised).

On the other hand, perhaps the stats are not being updated even on the first four, except
that restarting a saved game causes them all to be updated. Colonizing a planet gets the
planet added to the list OK, but the stats show the initial population and 0 resources and
morale until I save and reload.
