Metaverse & Mods: Some questions

In a few of the threads posted here i've read that using mods could create problems with metaverse scoring. So i'd like to know:

What kind of mods am i allowed to use if i want to submit to the metaverse?
(If i use the HalutPack, for example, which includes very powerful techs)

What kind of boni available via mods are too strong and create an anomalous score?

Since i'm planning to join the metaverse someday i'd like to know which mods i'd better not use, or if i shouldn't use any mods at all in order to keep the score balance.

Mods that are stardock certified are safe.

One thing to worry is if empire bonus for planet quality exceed 40%.

If you should always watch the end screen where you metaverse score appears (it appears also if you retire). If you have a metaverse score of 0, then it is an anomalous game. You can submit it to the metaverse but you will awarded 0 points, and it can be annoying for your ranking since an averaging effect take place.

There had been no report about anourmalous scores using the HP, not even the beta one.

You need to beware from mods with high start boni (A known cap is 40% Civ wide PQ for exemple)

All mods that are Stardock Certified should not cause problems, since they are tested
