Corrupted Logos.mdl file can someone send one to me or tell how to fix it?

Hello,

I think when I updated, the Logos.mdl file, it became corrupted and will not display new polparty logos.
Can someone send me a basic Logos.mdl file or tell me how to fix the one I have.
It is located in the setup folder of GalCiv.

The political Party logos are located in the gfx\polparty folder. Are there any errors in your debug.err
