1.05 - Governor Screen - What's the New Button For?

On the governor screen in 1.05, there's a third blank button next to "social queue" and "global military swap", under the list of the governor names. What is this button for? I'm guessing that it's going to be active in version 1.1.

Most likely that will be where the 'Obsolete Ships' button goes.. I'm just guessing tho'

I'm also wondering about that blank button on the main title screen. It's been there since the beginning, true, but I imagine SOMEthing went there at one point.

The blank button on the main screen is utilized currently.

If you hit -esc- in-game and choose the "Main Menu" option, the previously blank button will say "Continue Game" and take you back to your game if you press it.

It's been that way from the start, I think.
