New caps limit for scoring?

I have just played a large map,MASO, and won by military conquest in year 2187.Then i retried, finished in 2190 and scored 30k Mpts both ways.
I played several medium, maso, and won by military conquest in year 2190, 2193 and scored 53k.
Can someone explain me why?
Was there a change in scoring rules which i missed?

You get a 50% penaly for early finishing I think.

Hmmm....

1) You had accidentally submitted 2187 game twice thus preventing you from submitting 2190 game.

or

2) 2190 game failed to submit and you need to resubmit

Tried again by playing 12 month forward until january 2191 and obtained 60k.
didn t knew about the penaly of 50%!
