Question: AP on CD Installation

Quick question: What's the best way to install AP for those of us who ordered the CD. I downloaded the public Beta. Will the CD update GCAP 1.49 or shoud I just un-install and re-install from the CD?

Assuming that we don't post another build before you get your CD, you can install from the CD and SDC will detect what version you have.  But I would recommend uninstalling the beta before doing this. 

Alternatively, you could just keep updating from SDC and keep the CD for backup purposes.

Hi guys,

while we're on the subject ...

I bought AP as a CD version, but my SDC doesn't find any update (I have galciv v1.2). I am still on galciv and no AP, why is that?

Neinmangu, you have to enter your serial number for AP in Stardock Central under Tools->Register Products before AP will show up.
