How do I make sure the minor races are in my game again- altarian prophecy?

I've been playing with the new major races but not with the Drengin or Altarians. Anyway, I have yet to see a minor race. I thought I had the minor race box checked.

What's up?

Any ideas?

Dont check the box as this removes the minors - i believe!

If you're playing a scenario, the setting in the scenario will override the setting in the game, although it should be showing what's set from the file...
