Please, tell me, what subj is. I've a poor connections and wanna know it before I buy it. And, tell me, please, may I use Download Accelerator for getting file? Thanx in advance.

You won't be able to use Download Accelerator because it's currently only available on Stardock Central, but Stardock Central does support resume download if you get interrupted.
