Research window selection of "Basic Repair" gives "string not found" for "abilities"

This also happens for "Advanced Repair" (NOTE: The "TECH" keyword has this
as "97 BasicRepair", not "97 AdvancedRepair"). It looks like this should also happen
for "Interstellar Damage Control" and "Organic Armor" as these also have the
keyword Ability "Repair", but I have not gotten that far yet.
