Hi all!
I'm interested in creating a Modding Contest. I have a site at http://www.hipercom.net and will need some volunteers to help form a panel of judges. I'm thinking of judging the mods on originality, game balance, image quality and choice, and other factors. I haven't thought of a 1st prize yet and figured I would concentrate on getting the contest formed first. Well if your interested you can goto http://www.hipercom.net or just respond here. Either way I hope the contest gets the community some really good mods for all of us to play with and gets the everyone more familiar with using GalCiv Writer and making well-balanced mods.
