Theme Manager not complete???

Theme Manager

I hope that someone might be able to help me. I bought the $49.95 Object Desktop, and I thought that a full blown version of Theme Manager came along with it. Am I right? When I launch Theme Manager (whether through the "alien" link or through Stardock Central) I get a dialog with about 15 "themes". Some of those themes, like "Doppler", for example, I used to be able to use, and now it tells me that the suite is not support4ed by the "stripped down" Theme Manager, and that I have to buy the full blown version for another $49. Should I just uninstall and reinstall Object Desktop? I have the 2005 CD. thanks, anyone PeteEmail

Did you have the free version 1st? did you uninstall it? Did you register through SDC? Kinda sou nds like you had the free and it's still being picked up.

Mckenna,

If you can't straighten it out through SDC by uninstalling it, deleting the directory after rebooting, running SDC and registering Object Desktop as Bichur suggests, then reinstalling the programs - I would try repeating the uninstall > delete directory > reboot and installing off the CD.

The "Doppler" suite is and always has been a premium-suite and has to be purchased at https://www.stardock.com/oem/index.asp?suite=doppler for 4.95$

I am pretty sure that it was never made available for free (the same applies to "Io" and "Quagmire"). You might have had a similar suite in mind. Anyway, just go to https://www.wincustomize.com and you can download and use hundreds of free suites.
