Difference between Star Prestige and Morale

HI,

What is the difference between the two? I noticed that some improvements target Star Prestige and others Morale, yet there is no indication anywhere that I can see of the current Star Prestige nor what having a high Star Prestige might actually give you.

Are they one and the same? If they are different how do you tell what a Star Prestige is?

I believe Star Prestige is something that counts when Stardock implements UP, it doesnt matter right now.

Ah okay one of those features yet to be implemented. Figures, I just thought I'd throw it out there in case i missed something.
